PA Primary: Is the Democratic Party 'Bout to Snatch Defeat From the Jaws of Victory… Again?
In Allentown, it's the same old song: establishment cats vs. a straight-shootin' firefighter. Will the Dems finally keep it real, or naw?

Aight, so check it. Allentown, PA, is back in the news, and it ain't for nothin' good, ya dig? We talkin' 'bout a Democratic primary in the 7th congressional district that's got everybody sweatin'. This ain't just 'bout some local election; this is 'bout whether the Democratic Party tryna actually win, or if they just happy playin' woke politics wit' our lives.
This district is a battleground, for real. Last election, the Democrat, Susan Wild, barely won, by like, one point. One measly point! That's practically a coin flip. But instead of learnin' from they mistakes, the Dems 'bout to run the same old playbook, pushin' these polished-up politicians who don't know nothin' 'bout struggle.
First up, we got Lamont McClure Jr., the county executive type. He's a lawyer, his daddy was in housing, and he's all 'bout his experience.' But does he know what it's like to choose between rent and food? I doubt it. Then there's Carol Obando-Derstine, the renewable energy lady. She worked for Senator Casey, doin' Latino outreach. Cool, but does she understand the struggle of a single mom workin' two jobs? I ain't convinced.
Don't forget Ryan Crosswell, the lawyer who used to work for companies fightin' unions. Seriously? He's runnin' on an anti-corruption platform, which is rich, comin' from a cat who used to be on the side of the corporations. These the kinda folks the Dems usually put up, then they wonder why they can't win in places where folks is grindin' every day. Enter the mystery man: a firefighter. Yeah, a real-life firefighter. He's the only one in the race who might actually get what it's like to bust your ass for a livin'.
The Democratic Party done lost touch with the working class. They too busy caterin' to the rich folks and the woke crowd. They forgot 'bout the folks who built this country, the ones who work wit' they hands and break they backs every day.
Only a third of the voters in the 7th district got a college degree. That means most of 'em ain't buyin' into the woke BS. They want jobs, they want security, and they want a government that actually cares 'bout them, not just 'bout virtue signaling and identity politics.
This primary is a test. Is the Democratic Party gonna wake up and nominate somebody who can actually win? Or is they gonna keep playin' the same old game and lose another election? We gon' see if they got any sense or if they just happy bein' losers. Don't be surprised if they nominate someone who just doesn't get it.
