Aight, so peep this. The US done went and bombed one of Iran's ships, the Shahid Bagheri, near the Strait of Hormuz. Now, all that fuel leakin' out, headin' straight for the Hara mangrove forest. We talkin' 'bout a whole ecosystem 'bout to get messed up, ya heard?

They say this ship was carryin' a gang of fuel, enough to run for a whole year without stoppin'. That's a lotta oil spillin' out into the water, messin' with the fishes, the birds, and all that. These mangrove forests ain't just trees, man, it's where a lotta sea creatures grow up, where they lay they eggs, where they get they grub. Now they all gonna be swimmin' in crude.

Tim Richards, some dude who studies this kinda stuff from satellites, sayin' this could be the worst spill since the Gulf War. That's heavy, fam. We talkin' 'bout real damage to the earth, and who gonna pay the price? The people who ain't even got nothin' to do with this war.

"The circulation [of the current] is that the water comes into the Gulf around the northern part of the strait, from the Indian Ocean,” Richards said. “And then it washes through the Khuran strait, where the vessel is and where the mangroves are. So there’s a general westward progression of the water despite the tides going back and forth.”

And it ain't just the animals. The fishin' communities 'round there depend on that water for they livelihood. They tryina feed they families, and now they gotta worry 'bout catchin' oily fish or nothin' at all. This ain't right, man.
