NYC Trippin': Pulls School Safety for World Cup Hype?
Fo' real? De Blasio 2.0 movin' wild, cuttin' school alerts for soccer games? That ain't right.
Aight, so check it. NYC pullin' some shady business. Word on the street is they cuttin' off the emergency text alerts to private schools, right? Why? Cause they need folks to translate for the World Cup. I'm sayin', is this real life?
So, these rich schools, they gettin' safety alerts straight to they phones. Now, all of a sudden, ain't nobody got time for that cause Messi's comin' to town? That's messed up on so many levels.
Public schools barely gettin' enough bread to keep the lights on, and now they takin' resources from the private schools for some soccer tournament? Where's the logic in that, fam?
This ain't about safety, it's about priorities. City hall tryna look good for the cameras, showin' off how worldly they is, but what about the kids? They safety ain't as important as a game?
They ain't said how long this is gonna last, neither. So, what happens if somethin' pops off? Kids just supposed to duck and cover and hope for the best? This ain't no movie, this real life.
This ain't nothin' new, tho. Always some kinda hustle goin' on, takin' from one place to give to another. Meanwhile, the people in the hood still strugglin' just to get by. Same old story, different day.
They need to get they priorities straight. Kids' safety should be number one, period. Ain't no excuse for playin' games with they lives.
Folks need to start holdin' these politicians accountable. Stop lettin' them get away with this foolishness. Start demandin' better for our kids and our communities.
This ain't just about private schools, it's about the principle. If they doin' this to the rich schools, imagine what they doin' to everybody else. Gotta stay woke, y'all.
They ain't slick. We see what they doin'. Time to stand up and speak out. Ain't no room for this kinda foolishness no more.
So, next time you see the mayor smilin' and wavin' for the cameras, remember this. Remember that they playin' games with our kids' safety for a soccer tournament. Keep it 100, fam.
Real talk, this ain't right, and we gotta let them know it. Peace.
