Aight, so peep this. Mississippi Gov, Tate Reeves, he just straight up canceled this special session 'bout redrawin' them Supreme Court districts. He sayin' it's a time thing, but word on the street is it's deeper than that.

Reeves been on SuperTalk radio, soundin' like he 'bout to shake things up. He sayin' he expectin' to redraw them congressional districts before 2027. Now, why that matter? 'Cause it means he eyein' Bennie Thompson's district.

Bennie Thompson, he the only Dem in Congress from Mississippi. He been holdin' it down for the Black community in the Delta for years. This cat is the longest-serving Black elected official in the state. So, if Reeves mess with his district, it ain't just politics, it's personal.

Reeves say it might be hard to flip the districts for the GOP before the midterms. But that ain't stoppin' him from plottin'. He probably thinkin' 'bout that Louisiana v. Callais case, givin' states more room to play with redistricting. Straight up politrickin'.

Now, if they redraw the map to try and cut out Thompson, that could mess up the primary results from back in March. That's shady, cuz. That means they changin' the rules mid-game. This all feelin' suspect.

Reeves hit up X, talkin' 'bout redrawin' everything between now and 2027. He ain't playin'.

He say he workin' with the Trump administration on this. Trump? Y'all know what time it is. They gon' try to pull some slick stuff. They want to snatch that seat from Bennie.

He say it ain't 'if' but 'when' they mess with Thompson's district. This ain't 'bout fairness, it's 'bout power. They tryna silence Black voices in Mississippi.

Thompson's district, that's the Mississippi Delta. That's where it's at. It's 275 miles long, mostly Black folks. That's our community. If they mess with that, they messin' with us.

So we gotta stay woke, ya heard? We gotta watch what Reeves doin'. This ain't no game. This 'bout our representation. This 'bout our future. We gotta protect Bennie's seat and make sure our voices get heard. No cap.
