Aight, check it. This whole situation with Iran is gettin' real for folks back in the Midwest. We talkin' Ohio, Kentucky, Iowa – states that ain't exactly swimmin' in cash or opportunities. Now they gotta bury their own, six outta thirteen soldiers gone in this Iran war comin' from right there. That's messed up.

Dayton National Cemetery gettin' ready for another body. Another young life gone too soon. Another reminder that war ain't no game, and it's always the regular folks who pay the price.

Captain Curtis Angst, 30, from Ohio, gone in a plane crash. Six souls lost in that one. Then you got Staff Sgt. Benjamin Pennington from Kentucky, took out in a base attack. Ashley Pruitt, same state, gone in that crash too. These ain't just names, these are people with families, dreams, futures – all cut short.

Colonel Bob Baylor, he a vet himself, sayin' he ain't even know what the objective is. He been there, done that, and even he confused. That's how you know somethin' ain't right. When the OGs start questionin', you gotta listen up.

Baylor sayin' folks support the troops, but they wonderin' what we even doin' over there. Why we always gotta be the world's police? And who benefits from all this war anyway? Ain't the people in these communities gettin' richer off it, that's for sure.

Word on the street is millions marchin' against this war. But does anybody in D.C. even hear 'em? Politicians do what they want, regardless what the people say. Some Republicans even breakin' ranks, speakin' out against Trump. Maybe some hope there, but don't hold your breath.

Truth is, this war ain't about protectin' nobody but the corporations and the rich folks who bankrollin' these politicians. It's about oil, power, and keepin' the money flowin' to the top. Meanwhile, people in the Midwest, and all over, losin' their lives for a cause nobody can even explain straight.

We gotta wake up and see this for what it is. These soldiers sign up to serve, but they deserve better than to be pawns in a game we can't win. They deserve a government that look out for them, not just the folks with deep pockets.

So next time you hear about this war, remember Captain Angst, Staff Sgt. Pennington, and Ashley Pruitt. Remember the families they left behind. Remember the communities that are hurtin'. And remember to keep it real and question everything. Cause ain't nobody else gonna do it for us.
