Aight, listen up. Meta, aka Facebook, tryna pull a fast one on they workers. Word is, they force-shufflin' over 7,000 folks into these new AI squads, buildin' Skynet and whatnot. It's like, they ain't even askin', just tellin' you where to go. That ain't right.

Last month, they did the same thing, movin' a grip of engineers to this data-labelin' gig called Applied AI. At first, they played it like a choice, but then switched it up and said it was mandatory. Now they back at it, “selectin’” folks again. Sounds like some straight-up conscription, know what I'm sayin'?

Some cat named Peter Hoose, a VP over there, sent out a memo talkin' 'bout how AI is changin' everything and they gotta move fast. But real talk, it sounds like they chasin' that AI money and ain't care who they step on to get it. These corporations never do.

And it ain't just the reassignments. They messin' with the managers too, takin' away they peeps and makin' 'em do more work. Sounds like they tryna squeeze every last drop outta everybody before the robots take over. Classic corporate move.

But the real kicker? Meta's rollin' out this tool called Model Capability Initiative that's basically spyin' on workers. Trackin' every mouse click, every keystroke, everythin' you copy and paste. Then they usin' that data to train they AI. It's like they don't trust nobody. That's some George Orwell type stuff.

Meta claimin' they need the data to make AI better at helpin' folks. But come on, we ain't stupid. They collectin' all this info to control the narrative, track productivity and replace us with machines. They want us to be robots doing what we are told, and nothing more.

And to top it all off, they plannin' layoffs, cuttin' 10% of the workforce. Despite makin' record bread, the workers will suffer. So they movin' folks around, spinnin' on them and then firing them to make it a double L for the workers. What kind of sense that make? Just like they always do, puttin' profits over people.

One engineer told The Guardian it feels like they movin' towards some “micro-authoritarianism” style setup. This cat's got it right. They ain't empowering nobody, just tellin' them what to do.

This whole situation just shows how these tech companies treat they employees like pawns in a game. They ain't got no loyalty, no respect, just lookin' out for the bottom line. Gotta stay woke out here and organize to get what's ours.
