Now, ICE Director Todd Lyons was cryin' 'bout how sendin' Garcia to Costa Rica (which is where he wanna go) would be 'prejudicial' 'cause the US spent bread tryna send him to Liberia. So, they worry 'bout the money more than the man's life? That's cold, fam.

One of the feds even had the nerve to say Garcia could just 'remove himself' to Costa Rica. Like it's that easy. The judge called that out as a 'fantasy' – 'cause it is.
