The numbers don't lie, yo. Less people lookin' to buy. Sales droppin'. It's a whole struggle out here. And the flow of new properties? Stagnant. Like they tryna keep us out the game on purpose. Some real estate redlining if you ask me.

And check this out: it's worse in London and the south. Surprise, surprise. The rich stay rich, and the poor stay... well, you know the rest. But up north, sh*t's still movin' a lil' bit. Small victories, I guess.

The rental market is a whole 'nother beast. Landlords bailin' 'cause of regulations and taxes, so there's less places to rent and prices goin' up. Where's a brother or sister supposed to go? They tryna make us homeless out here, man. No cap.

Savills, some fancy company, sayin' people are nervous 'bout buyin' and sellin' since the war started. Duh. Who ain't nervous? The whole world's on fire, and they worried 'bout real estate. Priorities, people!.

So, what's the move? We gotta hustle harder, stay informed, and support each other. We gotta find ways to build our own communities and create our own opportunities. 'Cause ain't nobody gonna do it for us. Keep your head up and stay woke.
