ICE Tryna Send This Child Predator Back Where She Came From, For Real
Immigration on some real sh*t, tryna deport this Romanian chick after she caught a case for messin' with kids and played the asylum game.

Aight, listen up. This right here is some messed up sh*t. This lady, Rebeca Fratila-Ilies, from Romania, she came to the US claiming asylum, right? Mama probably told some tale of woe so they let her stay. Fast forward, she catchin' a bid for some serious crimes – messin' with kids. We talkin' carnal knowledge, statutory rape, the whole nine yards. Ten years in the pen.
Now, here's where it gets extra grimey. She gets outta jail early. Early release? For a CHILD predator? The system is wildin' out here. Virginia trippin'.
So, she out on probation in North Carolina, messin' that up too. That's when ICE steps in, like, 'Hold up, we gotta handle this.' They hit her with an immigration detainer, basically saying, 'Nah, you ain't stayin' here no more.'
ICE Director Todd Lyons, he said they don't want her back in the community. No duh! She's a danger to the youth, man. Protect the kids, always.
Turns out, they was supposed to deport her back in 2017, but she skipped her court date. Played the system like a fiddle. She appealed, got some kind of get-out-of-jail-free card a few years later. The game is rigged, I'm tellin' you.
So now, she back in jail for violating probation, and ICE is waitin' to send her back to Romania. Hopefully, they follow through this time. We need to protect our children from these predators. No excuses.
This whole situation highlights how the immigration system is messed up. People playin' the asylum card, gettin' away with crimes, and then disappearing. It's a revolving door. We need stricter laws and better enforcement.
This ain't about hate, it's about safety. This woman committed a heinous crime, and she needs to face the consequences. If that means gettin' deported, then so be it. We gotta put the kids first.
Folks always sayin' immigrants commit more crimes, and while that ain't necessarily true overall, this case ain't helpin' nobody. It reinforces the stereotypes, and it makes it harder for people who are here legit, workin' hard, and contributing to the community. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch, and this Fratila chick is rotten to the core.
So yeah, send her back. Protect the youth. That's the only way to keep the community safe and ensure that justice is served. Real talk.
