ICE Trippin': Canadian Mom and Kid Locked Up, Then Let Go? WTF?
Feds snatch up a Canadian lady and her shorty, hold 'em for weeks, then drop 'em off with an ankle monitor like it's all good – this ain't right.

KINGSVILLE, Texas – Word is, this Canadian sista, Tania Warner, and her daughter, Ayla Luca, got jacked up by ICE and locked down for damn near three weeks. Straight up outta nowhere. Now they back home, but the feds got her wearin' an ankle bracelet like she some kinda criminal. This whole situation is sus, fam.
So, Tania crossed the border back in '21, married an American dude, Edward Warner. Cool, right? She got a work permit that's good 'til 2030, according to her man. But then, boom, they get pulled over at a checkpoint in Sarita, Texas, comin' back from a baby shower. Next thing you know, ICE got 'em locked up. Said she overstayed her visa? Sounds like some BS to me.
They threw her and her daughter in the Rio Grande Valley joint first. She said it was straight-up hell – no beds, lights on 24/7. Then they shipped 'em to Dilley. Lil' better, but still, no privacy and ICE agents pushin' her to “self-deport.” Like, what kinda pressure is that? Sounds like they tryna break her spirit, for real.
Now, they free after postin' almost 10 bands, but Tania gotta wear that monitor. Her lawyer musta had some heat, arguin' her papers was straight. But this ain't over. They still gotta go to court to see if they can stay. Straight stress, man.
ICE be playin' dirty, straight up harassin' folks and tearin' families apart. They act like everybody's a criminal, but most of these people just tryna live their lives, you feel me? This ain't about national security, it's about controllin' folks and makin' examples. And they always hit the most vulnerable the hardest.
Canada aware of the situation, but all they doin' is sendin' thoughts and prayers. They ain't gonna go to war with the US over this. It's up to us to speak up and call out this BS. We gotta demand justice for Tania and Ayla, and for all the other folks gettin' railroaded by ICE.
This ain't just about one family, it's about the whole system. It's about power, and who they choose to abuse it on. We gotta stay woke and keep fightin' for what's right. Ain't no justice, ain't no peace.
For real, though, free that sista and her daughter. ICE need to chill with the heavy-handed tactics. This ain't the way.
