Aight, so check it: The House finally came through and funded the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after playin' games for 75 whole days. Straight up, they was holdin' out, makin' folks sweat, especially the lil' people who depend on them paychecks. This mess coulda left mad people without money for rent, food, you name it. Straight up disrespectful.

See, Speaker Johnson, he was frontin' like he was gonna stand his ground, talkin' 'bout defundin' law enforcement. But when the White House started applyin' pressure, threatenin' to cut off the money, he folded faster than a fitted sheet. Man said, "We’re not defying the White House... We're all one team.” One team, my azz. They all look out for each other, meanwhile regular folks struggle to make ends meet.

Rep. Langworthy from New York was out here sayin' they gotta fund DHS, even if it's only 80%. Like, that's supposed to make us feel better? Nah, fam, that's still shortchangin' folks. And Rep. Nehls from Texas was cryin' 'bout the families of DHS employees. If you really cared, you woulda handled business from the jump.

Democrats ain't innocent in this either. They started this whole shutdown mess 'cause they didn't wanna fund ICE and CBP. But they cool with the Senate bill 'cause it don't have that in there. It's all politics, man, while regular people suffer the consequences.

DHS doin' important work, keepin' the country safe and all that, but this whole situation shows how the system be playin' us. They make us think they fightin' for us, but they just lookin' out for they own interests. Talk about a power trip.

This ain't no isolated incident either. Government shutdowns been happenin' for years, and they always hit the workin' class the hardest. Rich folks and politicians don't feel the pinch like we do. They be chillin' in their mansions, while we stressin' 'bout bills.

Bottom line is, we gotta stay woke and hold these politicians accountable. They ain't gonna do nothin' for us unless we make 'em. We gotta demand better and fight for our rights. Real talk, no cap.
