Golders Green MP Asks: Why Dem Libs Quiet When It's Us?
Sarah Sackman calls out the 'lack of vocal solidarity' after stabbings, 'cause it always seem like some folks get a pass when it comes to lookin' out for the community.

Aight, so check it. This Golders Green MP, Sarah Sackman, she speaking that real. See, folk always talkin' 'bout unity and solidarity, but when it come to the Jewish community, it be crickets. Like, where the outrage at? Where them woke folks at when somebody pullin' knives on our people?
Some dude named Essa Suleiman stabbed up Shloime Rand, Moshe Shine, and Ishmail Hussein. All in one day. And don't even get started on that arson at the memorial wall and the ambulances gettin' torched. Man, this ain't right. But what's even wilder is how quiet everybody been.
Sackman hit it on the head when she said, “For a minority community to come under this sort of sustained level of threat and attack purely for our identity, you would expect in the normal run of things for anti-racist organisations, for trade unions, for cultural leaders to speak out.” She ain't lyin'. It's like certain groups get love, and others get left out in the cold. That ain't how it supposed to be.
She ain't holdin' back neither. Wrote an op-ed in The Guardian, askin' straight up, “Where are the marches in solidarity and support of our Jewish community? Where is the response of the liberal-left? Where are the anti-racists, the trade unions, civil society, our friends and neighbours?” Where they at tho? 'Cause it feel like they only show up when it convenient.
See, that's the problem, right? Folks wanna preach about inclusivity, but then turn a blind eye when it ain't politically correct. This ain't about politics, tho. This about people's lives. It's about feelin' safe in your own neighborhood. Real talk.
She mentioned how the Finchley Reform Synagogue helped out the Somali Bravanese community after they got hit with some arson. Then, when the synagogue got targeted, the Somali community came right back to show love. That's what real solidarity look like, not just talk.
So, what we gonna do about it? We gotta hold folks accountable. Can’t let nobody get away with pickin' and choosin' who they support. It's time for action, not just hashtags. It's time to show some real love and stand up for the Jewish community. No cap.
At the end of the day, it's all about respect. If you ain't got that, you ain't got nothin'. So, let’s show some respect and let folks know we standin' with 'em. 'Cause ain't nobody free until everybody free. On God.
