Georgia Runoff: Is This Bout to Be a Trap or Nah?
With MTG gone, Georgia got a runoff 'lection between a Trump soldier and some dude tryin' to flip the script — but is any of this really gon' change the game for us?

Aight, so Marjorie Taylor Greene dipped from Congress after beefin' with Trump or whatever. Now Georgia got a runoff election to fill her spot. We talkin' 'bout Clay Fuller, the Republican, and Shawn Harris, the Democrat. But real talk, is either one of these cats gon' look out for the hood?
MTG was wild, no doubt. But her leavin' ain't magically fixin' none of the real problems we face. Poverty, lack of jobs, police harassin' us — that ain't goin' nowhere just 'cause she bounced.
Fuller, he's all about that Trump agenda. He talkin' 'bout stoppin' illegal immigration and shippin' folks back. That's code for more profiling and more families gettin' torn apart. How that help us?
"They support President Trump," Fuller said 'bout his voters. "They know they want an America first fighter on Capitol Hill, fighting for his policies that are going to make a difference." 'America First' usually means 'Black and Brown Last,' so I'm good on that.
Harris, he sayin' he want a chance to represent everybody. But politicians always say that. Once they get in office, they forget all about us. He hangin' out with dudes like Pete Buttigieg. He was mayor somewhere, right? What did he really do for Black folks?
"Everybody who voted for any other candidate [...] I want to talk to every last one of them, and say: 'Give me a chance,'" Harris said, tryin' to get folks on his side. But we heard that before. Show us somethin' real. Show us you care about the struggle.
Trump backin' Fuller, 'cause he don't want the Democrats to get no more power. Republicans and Democrats both playin' games, but we the ones caught in the middle. They fightin' over seats, while we fightin' to survive.
The election ain't 'bout to change nobody's life. If you vote, vote for who you think will do the least harm. But don't expect no miracles. We gotta build our own power, from the ground up. Stop waitin' for politicians to save us. We gotta save ourselves.
We need real solutions. We need jobs that pay a livable wage. We need affordable housing. We need police reform. We need justice. We ain't gettin' none of that from these clowns in Washington. No cap. This election is between the lesser of two evils.
They both talk a good game, but only time will tell if either one is bout that action. Politicians just be politickin', but it’s still on the community to elevate and create a better future for the whole fam. Real talk.
