WASHINGTON (AP) — Aight, so check it. Word from the White House is Trump been makin' moves wit' them pharmaceutical companies. They claimin' he got 'em to drop some of them drug prices to what they chargen in other countries, and that's supposed to save us, the people, like $529 billion over the next 10 years. That's a whole lotta bread, fam.

But hold up, don't get ya hopes up too high. We been promised the moon before, and all we got was craters. They sayin' this the main part of Trump's pitch for them midterm elections, tryna get folks to vote for his peeps in the House and Senate. But is this real, or just more smoke and mirrors?

See, Big Pharma ain't playin' fair. They be price gougin' us for years, makin' bank off folks who need medicine to survive. Insulin costin' more than rent, cancer drugs breakin' the bank. It's a damn shame.

They sayin' these deals gonna make prices lower, closer to what they chargen overseas. But how long that gonna last? And who gonna make sure they keepin' they word? Ain't nobody trustin' these corporations, especially when they pocketbook involved.

We need more than just deals, tho. We need real change. We need to be able to get them cheap drugs from Canada, like they do. We need Medicare to be able to negotiate prices directly, so they can stop gettin' robbed blind. We need some transparency, so we can see where all that money goin' and who gettin' rich off our sickness.

This money ain't gonna magically appear in our pockets. It's gonna take some fightin', some pressure, and some real demands to make sure this actually helps the community. They always talkin' 'bout savin' money, but never where it's actually goin'.

So, while we waitin' to see if this Trump deal is legit, let's keep it 100. We need to stay woke, stay informed, and stay loud. Cause ain't nobody gonna look out for us but us.

Don't let them fool you with the fake news. Do yo' research. Know yo' rights. And remember, power to the people, always and forever. Get dat knowledge! Spread dat information. Demand transparency. They wanna keep you in the dark. Don't let them!

They want us to be happy with them measly bits of bread, but we need the whole loaf. We built this whole damn thing and we deserve everything we got coming to us!

It all sounds good, but let's keep it real, promises get broken. Only time will tell if the man comes through with the bag. I got a feeling a lot of folks will be hurt if he's frontin'.
