Feds on a Manhunt After Lady Caught Slipping in Nasty Reflecting Pool Water
Trump claims haters with box cutters ruined his new blue pool, but the streets want to know why anyone is touching that green sludge.

The feds are out here looking for a mystery lady in D.C. after some wild drama went down at the Lincoln Memorial. The U.S. Park Police (USPP) just dropped some security camera footage, and they are begging the public to help them identify a woman who was caught messing around the Reflecting Pool.
According to the police report, this whole situation went down last Friday around 3:36 in the afternoon. The video shows this lady kneeling right by the edge of the pool, reaching her whole arm deep into the water. Police say she had dark hair, a gray shirt, black shorts, and was carrying a light-colored purse.
Now, why is she touching that nasty water? Well, the backstory is wild. Trump tried to give the Reflecting Pool a major glow-up by painting the bottom to make the water look "American Flag Blue." But the project went left quick. The paint started peeling, the algae started growing, and the whole joint ended up looking like a swampy green mess.
But Trump is saying this wasn't just a bad paint job—he says people are actively hating. He claims a bunch of people have already been locked up or written tickets for vandalizing the pool because they can't stand his new design.
Trump didn't hold back when he talked about it in the Oval Office on Wednesday. "They went down with probably a box cutter or a very sharp razor of some kind or a knife, and they cut, and then they started ripping it up," Trump told reporters. He called them "sick people" and said they need to go to federal prison for a long time.
Trump is blaming the whole thing on what he calls "Trump Derangement Syndrome," saying people are so mad at him they’re willing to catch a felony charge over some pool liner. Now, the city has to drain the water just to fix the damage.
It gets crazier. Trump is also claiming that these same people poured acid on the grass around the monument and dumped chemicals in the water to mess up his vision. "Around the Reflecting Pool, we have a huge field of grass," Trump said. "They poured acid on the grass... acid kills grass quickly."
While all this political drama is playing out, the regular working folks are the ones catching the heat. On June 18, 2026, National Park Service workers and contractors were spotted out there in the sun with heavy-duty vacuums, physically sucking green algae off the bottom of the pool.
And you know the internet had to get involved. US Olympian David Hearn had to go on social media to clear his name and deny vandalizing the pool after he got caught up in a viral arrest. It's wild out here when even Olympic athletes are getting bagged over some park water.
At the end of the day, the feds are not playing about federal property. If you know who this lady is, you might want to tell her to get a lawyer, because federal time is real time—no cap.
