Ebola Outbreak in the Motherland: They Gon' Blame Us Again?
Ebola back in Congo and Uganda, and you know they gon' find a way to say it's 'cause somethin' wrong wit' us.

Aight, so check it: Ebola done popped off again, dis time in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Word is the WHO done called a state of emergency, sayin' it's a 'rare strain.' Like we ain't heard that before. They got over 600 suspected cases and almost 140 dead. That's a lotta souls gone too soon. And you know what time it is: they gon' look at the Motherland sideways, actin' like we cause all the problems.
See, most of this mess is happenin' in a remote spot in Congo, a place that been through it, fam. Decades of war and struggle, leavin' folks wit' nothin'. Dr. Abraar Karan from Stanford talkin' 'bout a 'perfect storm.' Nah, doc, it's the same ol' storm. Poverty, lack of resources, and folks ain't got no choice but to do what they gotta do to survive. They sayin' folks gettin' it from eatin' bat meat or bein' around bat poop. Man, when you hungry, you eat. Straight up. Ain't no Whole Foods in the jungle.
Dr. Nahid Bhadelia from Boston University talkin' 'bout how Ebola ain't like the movies. We know that. Hollywood always gotta exaggerate. But she sayin' the real deal is nasty, wit' mad diarrhea and vomitin'. And she pointin' out that if you rich and white, you got a better chance of survivin'. That's the real tea, right there. Healthcare ain't equal, and that's what killin' folks in the Congo. They need clean water, good food, and hospitals that ain't fallin' apart.
So, what we gon' do? Can't just sit back and watch our people suffer. Gotta demand better for the Motherland. Stop lettin' these corporations and governments exploit the land and the people. Invest in real solutions, not just bandages. We gotta support organizations that are on the ground, helpin' folks get the resources they need. It's time to stand up and show the world that Black lives matter, even when they ain't in America. Let's get this paper and put it to good use, buildin' a better future for our brothers and sisters across the pond. No cap.
