First off, anytime they start throwin' around words like “outbreak,” it's time to tighten up. Remember what happened with that Rona situation? Lockdowns, masks, all that extra sh*t. And who got hit the hardest? Us. The people on the block. Gotta work to eat. Can't just chill at home collectin' checks like them folks uptown.
