Aight, so check it. This Italian fam in Pietracatella, that's like 160 miles outta Rome, had a Christmas dinner gone totally wrong. Momma, Antonella Di Ielsi, 50, and her shorty, Sara Di Vita, 15, ended up dead after that meal. Word is, they thought it was just some bad food at first, but nah, this was some next-level foul play.

Doctors out here trippin', thinkin' it was just food poisoning, you know, from some suspect fish or some shrooms. Sent 'em home! But then things got real bad, real quick. Liver failure, then all kinda organs startin' to shut down, according to Dr. Vincenzo Cuzzone. Sounds like somethin' outta a horror movie.

Then the lab tests come back: ricin. That's that poison you hear about in the movies, the kinda stuff that'll mess you up quick, fast, and in a hurry. No cure for that mess either. So somebody straight-up laced that food with some serious poison.

The pops, Gianni Di Vita, he used to be the mayor, he got sick too but he bounced back. Lucky him. Eldest daughter wasn't even there, so you know folks are lookin' at her sideways too. Everybody a suspect when the stakes this high.

Now they got the cops doin' a murder investigation, tryin' to figure out who pulled the trigger on this whole thing. Was it a family beef? Some kinda mob thing? Or just some random hater tryna mess with folks? The streets are talkin', but ain't nobody snitchin'.

Doctors gettin' heat too, cause they sent 'em home the first time! Now they lookin' at manslaughter charges, cause that's how it goes. But real talk, they probably overwhelmed and understaffed, dealin' with all kinda mess. Can't put all the blame on them.
