D.A.R.E. Officer Busta? Geneva Cop Caught Servin' Addies Out Da Squad Car, Fo Real?
Man, this just shows you can't trust nobody, especially the folks 'posed to be keepin' us safe; They be the ones hustlin'.

Aight, check it. Word on the street is, this fool Michael Tapscott, right? He was a D.A.R.E. officer in Geneva, New York. You know, the cats that come to school talkin' 'bout "drugs are bad, mmmkay?" Turns out, this dude was the one slingin' the drugs. Straight up sellin' Adderall out his squad car, in uniform and all. Can't make this sh*t up.
Tapscott, this ain't no rookie. He was a 13-year vet of the police force. The OPP even gave him a shiny badge and trusted him around the kids. Turns out he was using that trust to run his lil' side hustle. They caught him sellin' at a used car dealership. A used car dealership?! Bruh, that's cold.
See, this is why folks don't trust the system. They got these cops, preachin' 'bout how we gotta stay off drugs, meanwhile, they the ones pushin' that poison in the community. It's all cap. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office got a tip that a uniformed officer was movin' weight. Turns out it was Tapscott, recruitin' other cops to get in on the game. Ain't that some bullsh*t?
And D.A.R.E.? That program ain't never done nothin' but scare kids. It don't teach you nothin' 'bout how to deal with real life. It just makes cops feel like they doin' somethin'. And look where that got us: the very dude teachin' the class is out here movin' weight.
This ain't just 'bout one bad cop, neither. This about the whole system. The police protect each other. They cover up for each other. How else could this dude get away with it for so long? They need more oversight, fo real, make these cats accountable for they actions.
They said some other cops were involved too. Sgt. David Felice and former officer Nathan Jacon. See, this ain't just one dude fallin' off. This is a whole crew of folks playin' dirty. They gotta clean house, but they won't cause the house built on corruption.
Now, what gonna happen? He gets 16 weekends in jail and five years probation. What kinda joke is that? For a regular dude slingin' drugs, they'd throw the book at him. But 'cause he was a cop, he gets off easy. That's the definition of privilege, man. Ain't nothin' fair 'bout this system.
The community gonna feel this, especially the youngins. They gonna see this and wonder who they can trust. It's gon' make it harder for real, genuine people tryin' to help out. They gotta rebuild that trust. Start by bein' honest and holdin' these cats accountable.
This just shows you gotta be careful who you look up to. Just 'cause someone wears a badge or has a fancy title don't mean they legit. Gotta do your research, think for yourself, and keep it 100. Don't let these fools fool you. Stay woke, fam.
Tapscott thought he was slick, man, playin' both sides. But karma always catches up. And this shows that nobody's above the law, or at least, they shouldn't be. This is a hard lesson for the community, but we gotta learn from it. And we gotta keep holdin' these cats accountable.
Respect is earned, not given. And Tapscott lost all his.
They should be lookin' into that whole damn D.A.R.E. program. Probly full of cats runnin' scams.
