Braves and Angels Go at It: Was That Pitch Intentional, Tho?
Soler ain't havin' it after that beanball, sparks a whole lotta drama on the field.

Aight, so check it. Braves and Angels, Tuesday night, game was lookin' tight 'til sh*t went left, real quick. Soler, he already done teed off on López in the first, smacked a dinger. Then, boom, next at-bat, he gettin' dusted with a 96 mile per hour fastball. Now, I ain't sayin' it was intentional, but...
See, Soler been killin' López. Like, straight up ownin' him. So, naturally, folk gon' wonder if that pitch was a message. Then, they throw one near Soler's head in the fifth? Nah, that's disrespectful. Man's gotta protect his career. That ain't even about baseball, that's real life.
Soler wasn't feelin' that, so he charged the mound. Real talk, I get it. You gotta stand up for yourself. He said López gave him some lip, and that was all she wrote. Benches cleared, everybody throwin' bows. It was a whole mess. White man, Walt Weiss tackled Soler to the ground.
López claimin' it wasn't intentional. But come on, bruh. Read the room. Folks ain't stupid. Angels manager Kurt Suzuki understood exactly where Soler was comin' from. Said it best: “You get thrown at your head, you have a family, your career, you know, it’s dangerous.”
At the end of the day, the Braves won 7-2. But the game gonna be remembered for that brawl. That's about respect, that's about protectin' yourself, and that's about knowin' when somebody crossin' the line. MLB gotta look into this, make sure it's not just a slap on the wrist.
This ain't just about baseball, it's deeper than that. In the streets, you gotta have each other's back. On the field, that same code apply. If you feelin' disrespected, you gotta let folks know. Keep it 100.
Now, if that pitch was on purpose, that's a problem. That's when things get real. You can't be tryin' to injure folks, that's straight up foul. Gotta keep it fair, keep it clean, even when the competition is heated. Respect, man, that's all it comes down to.
This wasn't just a baseball game, but an act of a man's gotta protect his career. This is a reflection of street code.
