Alabama Lawmaker CALLS OUT Clarence Thomas After Supreme Court Messes With Redistricting, Real Talk
Sis ain't holdin' back after that garbage SCOTUS ruling that could mess up Black folks' representation in Congress.

Aight, so check it. Alabama State Rep Juandalynn Givan just went OFF on Clarence Thomas, and I ain't mad at her one bit. That Supreme Court ruling about redistricting? Straight up BS. They basically tryna take away Black folks' voice in Congress, and sis ain't havin' it.
For those who ain't hip, the Supreme Court just threw out a court-ordered map that was supposed to give Black folks a fair shot at electin' who we want. Now, they sayin' they might redraw the maps, and that could mean two less seats for Democrats, meaning less representation for us. That's how they do, always findin' ways to keep us down.
Givan ain't playin' nice. She called Thomas an "Uncle Tom" and a "lynchman," and yeah, some folks might think that's harsh, but she speakin' truth to power. Specifically, Givan said, "He must’ve been the one that sold us out in Africa. He must have been. His ancestors had to be the ones that sold us out in Africa that caused us to be chained." Man, that hit different. 'Cause ain't nothin' worse than someone who forgets where they came from and turns their back on their own people.
Clarence Thomas been doin' this for years, always siding with the folks who wanna keep Black folks oppressed. He talkin' 'bout "racial apportionment" bein' discriminatory, but what's discriminatory is lettin' these racist politicians draw maps that dilute our vote.
This ain't just about Alabama, either. This is a nationwide thing. They tryna roll back all the progress we made fightin' for our rights. They scared of our power, so they doin' everything they can to shut us down.
Redistricting ain't nothin' but a game for them. They drawin' lines to make sure they stay in power, and they don't care who they hurt in the process. They ain't worried about the community, they just worried about that paper.
So, what we gotta do? We gotta stay woke. We gotta organize. We gotta make our voices heard. We gotta fight for what's ours, 'cause ain't nobody gonna give it to us. This ain't over, not by a long shot.
Impact on the May 19 primary? Could be big. Could mean we gotta fight even harder to get our people elected. But we ain't backin' down. We gon' keep pushin' till we get the respect we deserve. Period.
