Mayor Gloria hit up Twitter, saying he's 'aware of the situation.' But awareness ain't enough, cuz. We need action. Folks in the community already on edge, and this just adds fuel to the fire. This ain't no movie, this is peoples' lives we talkin' bout.

This kinda stuff be happenin' way too often. Churches, schools, now the masjid? Where's the safe space at? It ain't even about religion no more, it’s about the hate out here. Folk quick to judge and slow to understand. Media gonna run wild with this, paintin' narratives, but they ain't gonna tell the whole story. Gotta watch out for that bull, know what I'm sayin'?

We need real solutions, not just thoughts and prayers. Gotta get to the root of why this keeps happenin'. Is it mental health? Is it the system? Is it the hate? It’s probably all of that and then some.

The cops gonna investigate, they gonna talk about securing the area, but what about the fear and trauma that folks are feelin' right now? That stays with you, ya heard?
