ABC Trippin': Claims FCC On Some Politricks Over 'The View' Investigation
They sayin' the Feds ain't playin' fair, but is ABC really 'bout that life or just scared of gettin' checked?

Aight, so boom. Word on the street is ABC got the FCC on they backs, claimin' it's all political, ya dig? They sayin' the investigation into 'The View' for that equal time sh*t is just the feds tryna come at 'em 'cause the show be speakin' truth to power. But real talk, is that the whole story?
KTRK-TV, ABC's Houston station, filed some legal papers, talkin' 'bout how the FCC is threatenin' free speech and all that. But let's keep it a hunnid, corporations like ABC ain't exactly champions of the people. They just tryna protect they bread.
This whole ting started when the FCC Chairman, dude named Carr, started lookin' into 'The View' 'cause they had some Senate candidate from Texas on the show without givin' the other candidates the same shine. That's where the equal time rule comes in – gotta keep it fair, right?
But ABC is frontin', sayin' 'The View' is a legit news show, so they get a pass. Nah, son. That show is basically daytime TV drama with a sprinkle of politics. Don't get it twisted.
They even tried to say that the equal time rule is outdated 'cause everybody on social media now. Look, I get it, times change. But the rule is still there for a reason – to stop stations from playin' favorites and manipulating the narrative. Ain't nothin' changed with that!
ABC is straight-up accusin' the FCC of targetin' 'em 'cause 'The View' is too liberal. While that might be some of it, let's not act like these media conglomerates are innocent. They got agendas too, fam.
And it ain't just 'The View.' The FCC is also lookin' into Disney, ABC's parent company, for their DEI practices. Some folks think that's legit, sayin' these corporations be pushin' woke ideology too hard. Others think it's just the feds tryna flex on Black and brown folks.
That Carr dude even used the DEI investigation as a reason to make ABC renew they licenses early. That's some straight-up power playin', no cap.
Some senators are speakin' up, sayin' the FCC is out of line. But at the end of the day, this is just another example of the powerful fightin' the powerful. Meanwhile, we out here tryna survive, pay the bills, and keep it real.
So, is the FCC targetin' ABC? Maybe. Is ABC playin' the victim? Definitely. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. But one thing's for sure: this ain't got nothin' to do with us regular folks. It's just rich people squabblin' over who gets to control the airwaves.
